Now, I'm using half inch foam like this. Now I'm locking a few staples all around first to see if everything looks perfect and then I'll staple it down now that I'm done stapling all the top part I'll be stapling all the bottom afterwards. Now I'm using black lining for the bottom base, you now I'm using black lining after that I'll be using cardboard to staple and flip the fabric. You you so I'll, be stepping all around the top edge first and then I'll be putting the cardboard so now, marking all where the wood stud is. So when I do put the cardboard it's easy to staple it.
So this is the type of dye that I'll be using to make the buttons. This is the bottom shell that I'll be using I'll, be pulling the fabric on and then the top shelf pushing it afterwards. This is how it looks like I'll, be using a two-pound nylon string like this, so this is how I lock the buttons down once I'm pulling the buns on, I like to fix the pleat as I go as well and makes it a lot easier. So I like to make the buttons from left to right first halfway and then I do the other half so once I'm done putting all the buttons down, I like to lock a few staples all around first and then perfect it afterwards. Now I'm using quarter inch, foam and then I'll be using black on fabric like this, for the outer part I'll be using cardboard like this, so you'll want to staple this all the way around and join it evenly.
When I open the lid or not, and it does work so now - I've determined where to put the holes. This is called a lift hinge that I'm using so now, I'm just drilling all the holes for the buttons you now I'm using heavy form to glue on the edge. So this is the type of foam glue that I'm using and also the spray gun that I'm using this is. The type of foam saw that I'm using to use to cut the phone. Now, I'm using 4-inch medium density foam.
