Ashley's furniture leather reclining sofa. We also purchased an entire living room, set, a sofa end table and a coffee table. The end table came today. It was also broken. The delivery drivers picked that up and they're supposed to deliver that tomorrow. At this point, I am pretty frustrated. This loveseat is completely trash.
So anybody looking to purchase Ashley's furniture, I would strongly stay away from their furniture. A lot of it has to do with delivery product quality. There also check out consumer complaints. There is a ton of complaints there as well. I will go ahead and try to do an updated review on this and let everybody know what's going to happen.
I would not recommend this durable product to anybody. The motor is already burnt out. The stuffing is coming out of the zipper which you can see here, so we've contacted the store regarding these issues and we're going to seek a full refund. The quality of the product is just not there me and my wife has spent over twenty five hundred dollars on furniture and it's just absolutely poor quality. You know with the the table being delivered broken and this sofa not even lasting longer than five minutes. It really shows what actually has to offer.
